Resize Backgrounds

So You want to resize your background? No problems, because Abstract-Backgrounds.com offer You that, so You don’t have to mess with image editing software. Working with this tool is very simple, but there is a couple of things what You must understand

First, You must know Your screen format or aspect ratio. There are few of them and most common are 4:3, 16:9, 16:10.
Second, You also need to know Your screen resolution. Here I ll make a simple list for most common screen formats.

List of 4:3 screen resolutions: 1024x768, 1152x864, 1280x960, 1400x1050, 1600x1200, 2048x1536, 3200x2400.
List of 16:9 screen resolutions: 1280x720, 1365x768, 1600x900, 1920x1080.
List of 16:10 screen resolutions: 1440x900, 1680x1050, 1920x1200, 2560x1600.

Ok, now we are ready to resize our fantasy background, or any other image.

1. Download background to Your computer. Always download background in bigger resolution than You want. So if You want to have 1280×960 background, You ll downlaod 1400×1050 or any above.
2. Click on Browse button and select previously downlaoded background.
3. Select Your desired width. For 1280×960 background, select width of 1280.
4. Click Submit.

After this step, You ll be asked to save/downlaod new background. Click ok/save. Now simply apply new background and you are done
